- ITEM 2. 9:30 REPORT FROM THE CHAIR (Jill)
- America True
- is winding down the organization
- Impacts our Bay Day event
- They were our fiscal sponsor, so we will need to find a new one
- Jill, Sean, Michael will reach out to a few non-profits
- CEMEX
- May potentially sponsor Murals on K-rail project, Beautification project, Bay Day or a bike party
- Quick-build Traffic Calming / Mural Project
- Still working on the design, the design will include K-rails
- K-rail design will include a community mural project
- IBNA is involved and will have a representative on the art design community
- Sean, Max and Richard volunteered
- Box Shop
- Charlie is building Golden Gate tree project
- Richard suggested Susie to come to our next IBNA meeting
- Approve support letter for Port project at Heron’s Head
- Port has a grant proposal for further wetlands restoration
- Motion for IBNA to support this projec

ITEM 3. 10:00 TREASURER REPORT (Michael)
- No major changes since the last update
- Next month more updates on our ongoing expenses:
- Ex: Zoom, PO Box, Website
ITEM 4. 10:10 CURRENT PROJECTS STATUS
- Adopt-a-Street / Beautification (David / Max)
- In case of rain, we’ll still come to Cafe Alma and then decide
- What to we do with garbage collection on Innes and in the Triangle
- David and Max will sync up and discuss on the next stage of garbage cleanup
- The Bay Area Bleepers will join us the same weekend
- Next date is 11/14
- Communications (Jill / Max)
- Newsletter Subscribers (140 + 11 in Oct)
- Facebook Followers (374 + 3 in Oct)
- Survey (21 responds as of 11/4)
- Will announce it again on Facebook, Newsletter, NextDoor and set a deadline for completition
- The IBNA hat is awarded to #17 survey responder
- Max: to look at newsletters and possibly a navigation menu on the menu
- Rescue SF (Sean)
- Going well so far, a list of orgs is growing
- Coalition workshop is scheduled on November 12
- On the 19th at noon, the next Speaker series will talk about proposition C
- IBIP art sign (Sean)
- Temporary location until May 2021
- The signs get damaged after every move
- IBNA is looking for a permanent location before then
- Bike Committee
- Michael had a conversation with EPA representative, have their tentative OK with bike trail in the North Park
- Should businesses on Jennings support the bike trail going through the PG&E property?
- Current proposal is “The Vision” plan:

- Need to have visuals for all proposed biking routes
- Will do outreach to other biking groups and local community

- Discussion of IBNA concerns on design
- Reviewed current 900 Innes park plan
- would like to emphasize public access and parking for the park
ITEM 6. 11:15 PALMILLA
- Discussion of best next steps for IBNA involvement with the project
- Going well, discussion about the grocery store ongoing
- Will invite them in 2021 for an update to our IBNA meeting
ITEM 7. 11:30 GREEN ACTION AIR MONITORING
- Discussion and possible vote to work with Green Action; assign to a Committee?
